Currently, you only need to pay after a session is completed. I'm offering 'service first, pay later' as a way to start our relationship based on trust. I hope this will be a pleasant experience for all.
In exchange, please book responsibly;
1. Only make an appointment that you know you can definitely show up (to the best of your knowledge at this time).
2. Do not book more sessions than what you actually need.
A reiki session is not a substitute for medical & psychological diagnosis & treatment. As a reiki practitioner I do not diagnose conditions, nor do I prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, or interfere with the treatment of a registered medical practitioner. As rule of thumb, I recommend that you see a registered medical practitioner or healthcare professional or animal behaviorist, for any physical & psychological ailment from which your animal may be suffering from. In my experience, reiki complements conventional and alternative treatment with encouraging results, so the role of reiki in your animal's healing is to support and there’s no need to worry about interference with your animal's existing treatments.

Animal Freewill
For House Visit:

During the session, should the animal not wish to receive reiki, we will postpone for another time. Your fee will be applied to the next session at no extra charge.
For Hire For Event:

During the session, should the animal not wish to receive reiki, we will end the session. Due to the time limitation at an event, I am unable to offer you a rescheduling of session and it is also not possible to get a refund.
Rescheduling/Cancellation
For House Visit:

If you need to reschedule/cancel, please give sufficient notice from your appointment time or you will be charged as follows:
< 48 hours' notice = 100% of the fee
> 48 hours’ notice = 0% of the fee

If you book an appointment scheduled to happen in less than 48 hours, you should know that any rescheduling or cancellation will cost you 100% of the fee.

Rescheduling is subject to my availability.

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency on your side with a reason being acceptable to me, no fee will be charged.

If I have to reschedule/cancel your appointment due to reasons on my side, you will;
< 48 hours’ notice = not be charged, and you get a 10% discount for the next session
> 48 hours’ notice = not be charged

No show/Late

If you arrive > 15 minutes after the start of your session, you will be considered a "no-show" which will be charged 100% of the fee.

If you are late, there will be no discount for the shorter session.
Refund

After a session is completed, no refund is possible.
